Job Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst, Content Management & Menu Pricing to support the accuracy, consistency, and optimization of menu content and pricing across multiple channels. This hybrid role plays a critical part in ensuring menu data integrity, pricing compliance, and effective coordination between marketing, finance, IT, and franchise partners. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with content management expertise and a solid understanding of pricing strategies within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain menu content and pricing data across internal systems, digital platforms, and point-of-sale (POS) environments.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of menu items, descriptions, nutritional data, and pricing structures.

  • Analyze menu pricing changes, promotions, and regional variations to support business and franchise objectives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations, and Franchise teams to implement pricing and content updates.

  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of menu and pricing changes to ensure seamless execution.

  • Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues related to menu content and pricing.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to track pricing performance, content updates, and compliance metrics.

  • Assist in process improvements, documentation, and best practices related to content management and pricing governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS), pricing tools, or data management platforms.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is an asset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in content management, pricing analysis, data analysis, or a related analytical role.

  • Experience within retail, quick-service restaurant (QSR), food & beverage, or consumer-facing industries is preferred.

  • Exposure to menu management, digital platforms, or POS systems is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

  • Hybrid work model combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.

  • Occasional flexibility may be required to support system updates or project deadlines.
