Competitive hourly pay: $20.80 to $24.50

Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

  • Check in and ticket passengers at the counter and gates.
  • Verify passenger documentation and travel eligibility.
  • Assign seats, issue boarding passes, and provide gate and flight information.
  • Accept baggage, collect applicable fees, and tag luggage accurately.
  • Assist guests at self-service kiosks (where applicable).
  • Support and guide passengers during flight delays or cancellations.
  • Make timely announcements regarding flight activity and gate changes.
  • Answer guest inquiries regarding flights, airport amenities, and general concerns.
  • Adhere to all uniform standards and professional conduct guidelines.
  • Collaborate and work efficiently in a team-based environment.
  • Early morning and afternoon schedules

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual – English & Spanish required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Must pass a 10-year federal background check and obtain an Airport SIDA badge
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma, GED, or 12 months of customer service experience
  • Competent in managing difficult or high-pressure situations
  • Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
