We are seeking highly knowledgeable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across scientific and technical disciplines to serve as AI Trainers. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to help develop, evaluate, and refine AI models that support advanced applications across research, engineering, and data-driven environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong academic or professional background in their field, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into structured training content. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI development teams to train, test, and validate models using domain-specific knowledge.
  • Develop and review training materials and datasets that reflect real-world scenarios within your area of expertise.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and technical soundness.
  • Provide detailed feedback to improve model performance and reliability.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and analyzing model limitations using subject-matter insight.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying patterns, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or significant professional experience in a scientific, engineering, or quantitative discipline (e.g., Biology, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, or related fields).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with technical tools, research methods, or data-driven systems.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and provide structured, detailed evaluations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary or technical environments is preferred.
