The Role: AI-Forward Digital Marketing Coordinator (B2B)

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized marketing coordinator who loves systems and can partner with AI to increase our content throughput—without sacrificing quality. You’ll work inside established SOPs, and brand guidelines to keep our content machine moving, maintain a polished executive brand presence, and support inbound demand and client trust. We work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

(Full-time contract, remote team; occasional on-site event support)

The awesome work you will do:

· Support and evolve the content marketing strategy across the customer journey—from awareness to advocacy—to help drive inbound leads and build brand trust

· Produce and publish magnetic content at scale using AI + human creativity: draft blog posts, newsletters, client case studies, social captions and graphics; then refine for a C-suite audience and brand voice

· Coordinate editing and repurposing workflows: turn long-form content and event footage into short clips, quotes, carousels, and newsletters (you may do light edits yourself and/or manage an editor when needed)

· Maintain our content calendar and publishing cadence: schedule posts, QA links/formatting, track performance, and keep the pipeline organized two weeks ahead

· Design and update brand assets across key touchpoints (using our templates): website/landing page updates, digital proposals, white papers, branded toolkits, and training collateral

· Enhance marketing workflows by using AI tools and systems: manage asset libraries, update CRM records, support lead segmentation, and draft nurture campaigns for review

· Research and recommend PR, podcast, and thought leadership opportunities to amplify the CEO and signature offerings; maintain an outreach tracker

· Collect and organize customer feedback (NPS, surveys) and summarize insights that inform future marketing and content priorities

· Support pipeline growth by helping BD create campaign assets, organize thought leadership materials, and keep evergreen marketing assets current

Experience & attributes you bring:

· You’re a proactive doer who thrives in a fast-moving environment—organized, responsive, and accountable to weekly deliverables

· 1–3 years in digital marketing, content creation, marketing coordination, or social media (internships/co-ops count)

· Strong writing + editing for a professional audience (blogs, emails, LinkedIn); you can turn rough inputs into polished, on-brand outputs

· Comfortable with AI-assisted workflows: prompt fluency, iterating drafts, repurposing content, and using AI responsibly inside brand guardrails

· Skilled in Canva for clean, professional graphics, decks, and carousels; bonus if you’ve used AI design tools to speed up first drafts

· Familiarity with basic video editing and/or coordinating editors (captions, cuts, formats for social); you care about pacing, clarity, and polish

· Detail-obsessed: you notice inconsistencies, broken links, formatting issues, and brand misalignment before anything ships

· Systems mindset: you enjoy SOPs, templates, checklists, and dashboards—and you improve them over time

· Bonus: exposure to SEO basics, CRM tools, email marketing/nurture, executive visibility, PR/podcast research, or B2B demand gen

· And of course… you’re awesome
