Overview
Are you and experienced Nurse Injector looking to join our dynamic team where your expertise in cosmetic procedures will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals with confidence and safety. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality injectable treatments, including dermal fillers, facial balancing and botulinum toxin (Botox) treatments, while providing exceptional patient care . Duties

  • Perform aesthetic injectable procedures such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments with precision and care, ensuring optimal results and patient satisfaction
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and skin evaluations, to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care to foster informed decision-making
  • Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures to ensure patient safety
  • Document all treatments accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems, including detailed notes on procedures performed and patient responses
  • Monitor patients during and after treatments to manage any adverse reactions promptly and effectively
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, laser treatments, and injection techniques to continually enhance skills and service quality

Experience

  • Proven experience as a nurse injector or advanced practice nurse specializing in aesthetic procedures, with a strong portfolio of dermal filler and Botox treatments
  • Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skin assessment techniques relevant to cosmetic injections
  • Familiarity with medical office systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar EMR/EHR platforms for documentation and scheduling
  • Prior experience working in dermatology, plastic surgery clinics, or medical spas is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations across age groups, including those seeking anti-aging solutions or corrective treatments
  • Strong understanding of infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and medical documentation requirements
  • Certification in Botox and dermal filler administration is required; additional training in laser treatments or esthetic procedures is a plus
  • Current state liicensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
  • Aesthetic Injector: 1 year (Required)/ 2+ years (preferred)
  • BLS Certification Required
