Key Responsibilities

  • Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Execution: Perform aesthetic treatments to enhance facial features, reduce wrinkles, and restore volume with precision and safety, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, medical history, and clinical notes.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on treatment options, potential risks, and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Professional Development: Actively participate in professional development activities, such as attending conferences and training sessions, to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Active RN, NP, or PA-C license in the state of Maryland.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of aesthetic injection experience, including dermal fillers and neurotoxins, and at least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly adapt to new products, protocols, and equipment while providing world-class service to our patients.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel between centers based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour, plus commission and bonuses.
