Position Type: Part-Time (3–4 days per week, transitioning to 5 days)


Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently, and experienced in accounting and payroll processes.

This position will begin as part-time (3–4 days per week) and will transition to 5 days per week (full-time schedule) at a later date.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Process payroll once per week
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Prepare and manage prevailing wage documentation
  • Complete and submit certified payroll reports
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting
  • Payroll processing experience (required)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively


Work Schedule

  • 3–4 days per week to start
  • Transition to 5 days per week (date to be determined)
  • 8-hour shift
  • Start time: 9:00 AM
