<strong>Job Requirements </strong><br><p> We are looking for an experienced and motivate Additional Nursing Superintendent to join our hospital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met.</p><p> </p><p> The Additional Nursing Superintendent will be responsible for:</p><p> </p><p> • Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures</p><p> • Supervising and evaluating nursing staff</p><p> • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards</p><p> • Developing and maintaining relationships with other healthcare professionals</p><p> • Assisting in the recruitment and training of nursing staff</p><p> • Monitoring and evaluating patient care</p><p> • Ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources</p><p> • Participating in research and development activities</p><p> • Providing advice and guidance to nursing staff</p><p> • Representing the hospital at meetings and conferences</p><p> </p><p> The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
