This is a remote position.

100% Commission | Unlimited Earnings | Remote (U.S. or Offshore)

Empowers Staffing ( is a growing boutique IT staffing firm looking for high-performing Account Executives to focus exclusively on winning new clients in and driving revenue. This position is worldwide but clients must be in the USA.
This is a pure sales role: you identify opportunities, close deals, and maximize client engagement, we handle candidate sourcing and placement delivery.
If you thrive on hunting new business, building client relationships, and earning uncapped commissions, this role is for you.

Compensation

  • 100% Commission-Based
  • Tiered Commission Plan: 20%–45% of Gross Margin
  • Monthly commission payouts
  • No cap on earnings
  • Top producers can realistically earn
  • $120K–$250K+ annually

  • What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and acquire new IT staffing clients (contract & direct hire)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate rates, fees, and contracts
  • Drive revenue growth through recurring contractor placements and direct hire deals
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction

You own the client side of the business desk, pipeline, and revenue growth are in your hands.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (IT staffing, technology, or professional services preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Hunter mentality self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial
  • Comfortable in a 100% commission environment
