Nestlé USA-Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring for 3rd Shift Team Leader positions! This dynamic role is not just about leadership; it's a hands-on opportunity that paves your path to becoming a Production Supervisor or stepping into functional leadership roles. Here, you'll gain invaluable experience in our processes while honing your management skills.



  • Shift Details: 3rd shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

  • Compensation: Starting at $32.97, Plus 1.50 shift differential per hour

  • Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts

  • Benefits: Comprehensive package available after just 30 days of employment


Position Summary


As a Team Leader, you will set the standard for safety, product quality, and line performance. Your leadership will shape the daily culture and tone of our team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and conduct sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality assessments.

  • Facilitate effective communication among peers, team members, and Production Management.

  • Experience: Background in food manufacturing and production floor experience is preferred.

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or TPM is a plus.
