About the Warsaw Investment Services Rotational Program

Over the course of 24 months, you will rotate through our Finance, Operations and Regulatory Reporting teams, gaining exposure to various Investment Services teams and processes. Groups that you may rotate with include Corporate Accounting, Derivatives and Equities Trade Support, Financial Planning & Analysis, Fund Reporting, Payroll & Portfolio Manager Compensation, PnL Rec and Analysis, Procurement, and Regulatory Reporting.  

This rotational program will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside, learn from, and be mentored by experts in the asset management industry. Upon successful completion of the rotational experience, you will have the opportunity to permanently join a team. 


What you’ll do

  • Learn about the fast-paced and competitive hedge fund industry  
  • Take responsibility for a broad range of complex processes, which may include forecasting and budgeting, trade support, preparing financial statements, managing system implementations, reviewing corporate actions, processing payroll, financial modeling, preparing information for regulators, calculating contractual performance bonuses, and sensitivity analysis. 
  • Creatively implement new techniques and direct projects in partnership with teams across the firm that can improve processes while investigating errors or problems, identifying solutions, and grounding those solutions in thoughtful analytics. 
  • Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner that will help guide action plans. 
  • Collaborate with teams and colleagues on day-to-day needs including the month-end close process, daily trade reconciliation, preparing investor risk reports, compensation process for portfolio teams and the owner’s monthly financial packages, and generating responses for regulatory filings. 
  • Learn directly from senior team members and experts in the hedge fund industry as you rotate through different areas of our Investment Services team.   

What’s required

  • Degree in accounting, business, economics, mathematics, or a related field 
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting, asset management, corporate finance and/or a relevant field 
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in learning about different aspects of Finance, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting 
  • A self-starter who can work independently  
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues throughout the firm 
  • Strong Excel skills to help enhance and streamline current processes 
  • Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills 
  • Be adaptive to handling ongoing changes in business needs and adjust approach in response 
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards 
  • Experience with SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau is a plus 
  • Knowledge of financial products (e.g., equities, fixed income, exchange traded derivatives, OTC derivatives) is a plus 
  • Understanding of hedge / investment fund structures is a plus
